How can you make sure you stay relevant in your job? Relevant in your industry? Your company? These questions came up recently during a coaching session I was having with a private one on one client of mine. They felt that they had become so focussed on their day-to-day tasks that they couldn't recall the last time they took a step back and looked at their profession and industry from a more holistic perspective. They felt disheartened, and like they had lost or wasted time by not thinking about the things.
That’s why in today’s episode, we’re going to talk about RELEVANCE.
The world is evolving at breakneck speed, and there are no signs of it slowing down. We can consider this as something that CAN BOG us down or scare us. OR, we can see it as a CHANCE to drive our own success, embrace and further develop the value we add, and improve our relevance in our industry or organisation.
Personally, I believe that when we operate from a growth mindset, we are presented with more opportunities. Why? Because we can see them more from this space.
