Hi there! I'm Claire Seeber - Internationally accredited Career and Leadership Coach, Speaker and Trainer.

No two human beings are the same - but the one thing we all have in common is this - we all want to feel heard, seen, valued and understood. This is what I bring to all of my work, and this is what I bring to you.

I specialise in partnering with organisations to not only retain, but also develop and empower their top and emerging talent. On the flip side, I work closely with individuals who are driven and determined to rise to the top of their game, and be the kind of leader that all Organisations want to hire.

I am a trainer, speaker, coach, and podcast host based out of Perth, Australia and I work online, onstage and in person with clients all over the world.

I am also a self-proclaimed travel addict, mini-sausage dog mumma to Kransky, a lover of a good glass of wine, and believe a solid belly laugh should be part of every day.

For our team, that contribution is the education, empowerment and elevation of incredible leaders, with a particular focus on women.
